Social interactions with friends may enhance positive life in the health field, such as stopping smoking, the desire to exercise, or eat the healthy foods. A close friend which will be a reminder to you to live healthier lives. Based on research in Carstensen suggested that the three companions are the perfect number, they will help each other if one in a state of crisis and 'drop'. However, less than three will most likely make sense of loneliness and depression.
 
"Small friendship but close will make more positive mental health," said Laura L. Carstensen, Ph.D., director of the Stanford Center in California. A close friend will become a mirror of who you, in fact, at once become a process of achieving what exactly you're going in life and what exactly you want.

Not just to share the happy moment, but a friend can be a panacea that can strengthen the body when suffer from breast cancer. In a study involving 3,000 women who are battling the breast cancer, those who do not have a close friend die  sooner than women who have friends.
