How to Cure Yeast Infection Naturally

Yeast infection is very annoying and makes women feel uncomfortable. Yeast infection usually caused by excessive amounts of Candida albicans. This fungus is found naturally in human skin. The most common symptoms are itching and vaginal discharge.

There are several natural ingredients that can be an alternative treatment. These materials are easily found in your kitchen. :)

1. Yogurt
Yogurt containing Lactobacillus acidophilus to treat fungal infections. You can eat it or insert into the vagina to reduce Candida albicans and relieve the symptoms of yeast infection.

To insert the yogurt, you can use applicators designed for vaginal, spoon or rubber spatula. Using tampons (pads) which has been dipped in yogurt may also work. If you doubt, Lactobacillus acidophilus is also available in tablet form. Don't worry!

2. Garlic
Garlic really help to overcome high blood pressure and other diseases. Fresh Garlic also contains a substance called allicin, which has the effect of antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal.

Garlic is also useful to reduce the excessive growth of the fungus because of its ability to boost the immune system.

To treat yeast infection, you must peeled a thin layer of garlic and insert it into the vagina at bedtime. In the morning, remove the garlic soon. Repeat the following night if necessary.


3. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil or Melaleuca alternifolia other drug houses that have antifungal properties and has proven effective in combating herpes when used as a mouthwash. Tea tree oil works by damaging the cell wall of candida.

Tea tree oil is effective to overcome fungal infection that occurs in skin folds, but should not be inserted into the vagina. Containing tea tree oil pessaries, can be used for fungal infections in the vaginal area. You just add a few drop of tea tree oil to bath water.
