Tai Chi Can Cure the Symptoms of Fibromyalgia

Tai chi is a martial art that combines meditation with gentle and slow motion accompanied with relaxation and deep breathing system. The results of this study have been published in the New England Journal of Medicine Thursday edition (19 / 8). 

Dr. Chenchen Wang said that fibromyalgia is a very complex issue and the "tai chi can solve the problem of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual."
